We’ll kick things off with a paid project discovery session to get into the good stuff—functionality, scope, structure, assets, and the key metrics that will measure your project’s success. This dedicated time ensures we both come prepared and ready to hit the ground running.

Proposal

Once your project roadmap is locked in, I’ll put together a detailed proposal with everything spelled out—deliverables, scope of work, pricing, and timeline. No fine print, no hidden costs. Just a clear picture of exactly what we’re building and what it takes to get there.

Kickoff Call

Before the real magic starts, we’ll get everyone on the same page—roles, responsibilities, and a full account of every asset needed to move forward. Written content, images, you name it. No surprises, no scrambling mid-project.

Design & Development

No black box here. We work methodically and iteratively through design and development, keeping you in the loop with regular updates and review opportunities along the way.

The Final Polish

Once you’ve given the green light, we don’t just flip the switch. Your project goes through our pre-launch review—a rigorous two-day process to make sure every detail is airtight before your website meets the world.

This is the moment we’ve been building toward. Once the final balance is paid and your site has cleared our pre-launch review, we’ll push it live to your domain and let the world see what we’ve been cooking up.

No, you don’t have to do a Project Discovery — but after doing this long enough, I can tell you it’s one of the most valuable steps toward a successful project.

Without it, most projects run into the same problems: scope creep that drives up costs, rework from misunderstandings that stretches timelines, and a final product that misses the mark. Projects that skip this step also tend to get quoted higher upfront due to the added uncertainty and risk on our end.

The Project Discovery fee is $960 and includes a one-hour consultation, up to four hours of independent research, a project blueprint, proposed timeline, and full project proposal. Larger or more complex projects may require additional meetings and research time at an added cost.
